What This Is
A custom jet ski cover is a made-to-measure waterproof cover cut to the exact shape of your ski — hull, seat, handlebars, and all. A jet ski takes the weather from every side. Sun on the seat all day. Rain sitting in the footwell. Salt in the engine bay. Weeks on the trailer or at the dock between rides. The seat and the deck are the most exposed, most expensive surfaces on the machine, and they sit out in all of it.
A jet ski cover is cut to the length, width, and handlebar height of your specific model. Nose to tail. The widest point of the hull. Deck to the top of the bars. Sea-Doo, Yamaha WaveRunner, Kawasaki — stand-up or sit-down. We cut to those measurements and nothing else. Every Kuvr jet ski cover is made to order, and backed by our First Time Fit Guarantee.
This is part of our range of vehicle & marine covers. If you also keep the ski on the water on a bigger boat, a custom center console boat cover is cut the same way. But for the ski itself — on the trailer, at the dock, or over winter — this is the cover made for it.

Why a Universal Jet Ski Cover Never Fits Right
No two skis share a hull profile. A Sea-Doo GTX, a Yamaha VX WaveRunner, and a Kawasaki Ultra are three different shapes — different lengths, different widths, different handlebar heights. A cover made to an average fits none of them properly.
Search jetski cover or jetski covers and every result is the same bag of generic sizes. A cover cut too big flaps in the wind, catches on the trailer, and pools rain in the slack. A cover cut too small gets dragged tight over the bars and splits at the seams within a season. Both let UV onto the one surface that shows it first: the seat.
That is the real cost of a loose cover. The vinyl seat bleaches and cracks where the fabric does not sit flat. Moisture gets trapped underneath and never dries. There is a right way of covering jet ski hulls and a wrong way, and the difference is whether the cover was cut to the machine or cut to a size chart.
Custom jet ski covers only earn their keep when they are cut to the machine. Personal watercraft covers — PWC covers, in the trade — are the same story: they only work when they follow the actual shape of your ski. Not the nearest available size.
What It Protects
Which Ski Do You Ride?

Which Ski Do You Ride?
Sea-Doo Covers
Sea-Doo is the number-one PWC brand, and no two families share a footprint. A GTI, a GTX, an RXT, and a Spark are all different lengths and deck heights. Our Sea-Doo covers are cut to the exact model you ride — the tall touring seat on a GTX, the compact hull of a Spark. Tell us the model and we cut to it, so the cover sits tight over the seat and clears the mirrors without bagging at the base.
Yamaha WaveRunner Covers
Yamaha WaveRunner is the number-two brand on the water, and a VX, an FX, and an EX each sit differently on the trailer. A standard WaveRunner cover is sized to a category, not your hull. Our Yamaha WaveRunner covers are cut to your exact model, whether you call it a WaveRunner or a Yamaha jet ski. Handlebar height, seat length, and hull width all come off your machine, not an average of the range.
Kawasaki Jet Ski Covers
Kawasaki is the brand that gave the jet ski its name. The Ultra and STX sit-down runabouts and the SX-R stand-up have completely different profiles — the stand-up in particular is a shape no universal cover fits. Our Kawasaki jet ski covers are cut to the exact hull, sit-down or stand-up. Give us the model and we build to it.
What Sun, Rain and Trailering Do to an Uncovered Ski
A ski stored uncovered loses value measurably faster than one kept under a cover cut to fit. The seat bleaches in the first season. UV fade on the hull and graphics is permanent. Salt keeps working in the engine bay between rides. Here is what that looks like in practice:

How This Jet Ski Cover Is Different
-
01
Cut to Your Exact Make and Model
Length nose to tail, width at the widest point of the hull, height from the deck to the top of the handlebars. We cut to those measurements — not a size category your ski approximately fits. Tell us it is a Sea-Doo GTX, a Yamaha VX, or a Kawasaki Ultra, and the cover is built to that machine. Current model or a few seasons old, the fit is the same.

02
100% Waterproof, With Vents That Let Moisture Out
NylonSafe® (a premium waterproof fabric for home and light commercial use) and PVCArmour® (a heavy-duty fabric built for high-exposure environments), with HydroLok® sealed seams. Each seam is stitched and sealed internally so water cannot enter through the seam lines. The cover is fully waterproof — and integrated air vents let trapped moisture escape, so damp air does not sit against the seat. UV-stabilised throughout, rated for salt air, dock, and trailer.

03
Trailerable — Stays On at Highway Speed
A hem cut to your ski's exact perimeter leaves no loose fabric for wind to catch. An integrated securing system — drawstring hem and straps — locks the cover to the hull. No flapping, no pooling, no bleached seat. It holds on the trailer at highway speed, at the dock in a blow, and through the off-season as a jet ski winter cover.

Made Once. Protects for Years.
Reinforced at every stress point. A jet ski cover made to your exact dimensions does not need replacing each season. The construction handles sustained UV, salt spray, trailer miles, and years of outdoor storage without degrading — which is why a made-to-model cover outlasts an off-the-shelf one several times over.
Every cover starts from your measurements and a design we send you to approve before anything is cut. Keep the boat covered too with a custom center console boat cover, made the same way.
When You Need a Custom Jet Ski Cover
Not everyone needs this. Here is how to tell which side you are on.
This cover is right for you if:
Your ski lives outdoors — on a trailer in the driveway, on a lift at the dock, or stored uncovered between rides. It takes sun, rain, and salt when you are not on it.
You ride a Sea-Doo, a Yamaha WaveRunner, or a Kawasaki, and you want a cover cut to that exact model instead of a size that comes close.
You have had a universal cover flap loose, pool water, or bleach the seat where it did not sit flat. You want one that actually fits.
You tow the ski and need a cover that stays put at highway speed instead of chafing the hull the whole way there.
You don't need this if:
Your ski is stored indoors, out of the sun and weather, whenever it is not on the water.
You replace a cheap universal cover every season and are happy with that arrangement.
You need something shipped today and fit does not matter.
