Every Kuvr grill cover is made to order. Nothing is held in stock, adjusted to fit, or averaged across models. Your grill's dimensions are the only dimensions that matter.
Why Standard Grill Covers Never Quite Fit
Standard sizes work on the assumption that your grill is average. Side shelves that fold out. A lid that sits higher than stock. A built-in grill flush with a surround. An offset barrel design. None of these map cleanly to "medium" or "large" on the back of a bag.
A cover that's an inch too wide flaps in the wind. One that's too short exposes the burner controls every time it rains. Too long and you're trapping moisture at the base. Standard BBQ and grill covers make a best guess at your dimensions. We don't.
If you need custom size grill covers — sized precisely rather than averaged — a standard product will never get you there.
