Shipping policy
We're excited to announce that worldwide shipping is coming very soon. If you place your order via our website currently, you will see that shipping is currently restricted to the UK along with certain EU and US addresses. In the mean time, please contact us directly if you do not see an available shipping option for your location and we will be happy to provide a custom quote.
Delivery to the United Kingdom
The table below details delivery timescales to most mainland UK addresses for both stock items (things we can despatch immediately) and custom items (things we manufacture to order). Delivery to Highlands and Islands will generally take a little longer. The advertised timescales for custom items are our best estimates based on current workload. These estimates are reviewed and updated regularly.
Due to the current high level of demand, our express service is not currently available for custom items. If you have a tight deadline however, please do get in touch; we'll always try our best to accommodate last minute jobs where possible but we make no guarantees.
Unless otherwise requested, if your order contains a mixture of stock and custom items, we will ship everything together once the custom items on the order have been manufactured. If you require immediate despatch of the stock items, either get in touch after placing your order to request this or alternatively place a separate order for the stock items.

International delivery (including the Channel Islands)
We can and do ship internationally. However, the Kuvr.co website has only recently gone live and is currently in a 'soft launch' phase. This basically means we're restricting online orders to United Kingdom addresses only while we iron out any issues. We'll be accepting orders from other territories soon, but in the mean time you're welcome to email your requirements over to us. We can then send through a link so you can complete your payment securely online.
