How long your order takes

Everything we make to measure is currently delivered worldwide in [[lead_time]], counted from the day you approve your design rather than from the day you order. Stock items — standard-size covers, bungee cord, sample packs, fixings — are dispatched within one working day, and the delivery time after that depends on where you are. The panel above shows the figure for your region.

Made-to-measure timescales do not change by country. A cover is cut and sewn to your measurements, and that production time is the same whether it is going to Manchester or Melbourne. What changes between regions is transit, and that only affects stock items, which ship from finished inventory.

When the clock starts

For anything made to measure, the clock starts at design approval, not at checkout. Once you have ordered we confirm your measurements and, where a design is involved, send it to you to check. Nothing is cut until you have approved it. That stage moves at your pace, so we measure our promise from the point the design is signed off — it is the only honest place to start counting.

If we have queried a measurement and are waiting on your reply, your order sits at that stage until you come back to us. It is worth replying quickly if you have a date in mind.

Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we deliver to. There is no minimum spend, no surcharge at checkout and no separate delivery line on your invoice.

Tracking

You will get a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves us. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder first — and if it is genuinely missing, contact us and we will resend it.

Duty and taxes

Orders to the United States are shipped delivered duty paid. Import duty is settled by us before the parcel reaches you, so nothing further should be due on arrival.

If you are ordering from anywhere else and need the duty position for your country confirmed in writing before you commit, ask us and we will tell you exactly where you stand.

If you need it by a particular date

Tell us before you approve your design, not after. We would rather say no honestly than take an order we cannot deliver on time. If the date is achievable we will say so; if it is tight we will tell you that too, and you can decide.

We do not offer paid express production. It was advertised once, it was not real, and it was removed.

Changing your delivery address

If your address changes before your order is dispatched, let us know and we will update it. Once a parcel has left us and is with the carrier we cannot always redirect it, so tell us as early as you can.
