Shipping policy

This page explains when your order is made, when it ships, what it costs, and what to do if something arrives damaged. Because we make two kinds of product, timing works differently for each — the product page and checkout always show the specifics for what you're buying.

Kuvr.co is operated by Janus Ridgeway Ltd in the UK and Kuvr LLC in the US. Where this page says "we", "us" or "Kuvr", it means whichever of those applies to your order.

What we ship

  • Custom-made covers, screens and tarpaulins — made to your measurements after you approve a design, so they carry a production time before dispatch.
  • Standard-size products — including standard covers and accessories such as bungee cords, which ship from stock.

How long will my order take?

It depends on whether your product is custom-made or a standard size.

  • Custom covers. We design before we make, so production time varies by product — the up-to-date lead time for what you're ordering is shown on its product page. Once you approve your scaled design diagram we begin manufacturing, and we dispatch as soon as your cover is finished. We'll email you when it's on its way.
  • Standard-size products. These ship from stock and are dispatched within 1 working day of your order.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. If your order is going to be significantly delayed, we'll always contact you and agree a new date.

Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?

We ship our made-to-measure covers and fabric sample packs worldwide. Standard-size stock products (such as our ready-made tarpaulins) are currently sold in the UK only. The delivery options for your address, and any delivery charge that applies, are always shown at checkout before you pay — so you'll never be surprised by the cost.

Duties and taxes on orders outside the UK. For orders shipped outside the UK we ship on a delivered-duty-paid (DDP) basis — we cover both the import duties and taxes, so there's nothing extra to pay when your order arrives. Any tax we're required to collect is calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

When does the order become my responsibility?

Risk passes to you on delivery — once the order reaches the address you gave us. Until then it's ours. If you think a delivery has gone missing, contact us and we'll help trace it.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

If your order arrives damaged in transit, that's on us — but we need to know quickly:

  • Don't install or use it.
  • Take photos and keep the original packaging.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our contact form with your order number.

We'll repair, replace or refund as appropriate, and we cover return postage for damaged items. Full detail is in our returns docs for custom covers and standard products.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We can usually update it before dispatch, but once an order is on its way we may not be able to redirect it.
