Kuvr.co launched in late 2020 — an unofficial experiment running quietly alongside our parent business. We threw together a scrappy website on a hunch: a business built entirely around custom-size covers, made individually, to order — nothing off a shelf, nothing standard. Could it work?
We got the answer fast. Glowing customer photos and feedback arriving unprompted, a fanatical customer base almost from day one.
Little did we know that scrappy little website would sustain us for five years. Just a handful of pages, hiding a business and a product range that had long since outgrown them. But it did. Until today.
Five years of orders, measurements, late-night brainstorming. Of stitching and fitment refined one cover at a time. Of listening — to feedback, to customer reviews, and to the complaints we took seriously. That's what the Free Design Service and the First-Time Fit Guarantee are built on. We can make that promise because we spent five years learning how to keep it.
Kuvr.co designs and makes custom covers, cut to the exact shape and size of whatever you need protecting. We're a British company, based in the industrial heartlands of Derbyshire, England. Our parent business has been manufacturing since 1974 — it began making outdoor structures for the events industry, and the covers followed by necessity. Today we continue to manufacture in the UK and, since 2025, at a second production centre we established in South Asia to support growing international demand.

You see exactly what's being made for you, and nothing goes into production until you approve it. That's the promise: it fits, first time, every time.

A site like this is never really finished. We keep building — better measuring guides, more product videos, a deeper knowledge base, and the small changes that make ordering more straightforward. If something would be easier with a tool or feature that does not exist yet, tell us and we will look at building it.
