Refund policy

We make two kinds of product, and returns work differently for each:

  • Standard products — anything not made to your measurements, such as standard-size covers and accessories like bungee cords.
  • Custom-made covers — made to your exact measurements and specification.

This page explains how returns and refunds work for both. Nothing here affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Standard products

Cancelling before dispatch. You can cancel a standard-product order any time before it's dispatched — contact us with your order number as soon as you can. Orders are often dispatched quickly, so let us know promptly.

Change-of-mind returns. You can return a standard product within 30 days of delivery, as long as it's unused, uninstalled and in its original condition with any packaging and labels intact. For a change-of-mind return, you cover the cost of return postage.

Refunds. Once we've received and checked the returned item, we'll refund you — usually within 7 days of receipt.

Custom-made covers

Because custom covers are manufactured to your measurements and specification, they cannot be returned for a refund unless there's a genuine issue on our side — for example faulty seams or construction, material defects, the wrong fabric or specification, dimensions that don't match your approved diagram, or damage in transit.

Custom covers are not eligible for a change-of-mind refund (for example, if you change your mind after ordering, choose a different colour or fabric after manufacture, or supplied and approved incorrect measurements).

Before we make anything, you approve a scaled design diagram — which is where fit is settled. If a cover doesn't fit because of a mistake on our part, we remake it free under our First-Time Fit Guarantee.

Faulty or damaged items

If any product is faulty or arrives damaged, that's on us:

  • Don't install or use it. Take photos, keep the original packaging, and contact us — for transit damage, within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We'll repair, replace or refund as appropriate, and we cover return postage for faulty or damaged items.
  • Manufacturing faults are also covered by our Warranty Terms & Conditions.

This policy is offered in addition to your rights under consumer law and does not affect them. UK customers can find out more from Citizens Advice or the Chartered Trading Standards Institute; US customers' rights vary by state.
