Hand-cut patterns
Made to measureAll our screens and tarpaulins are cut and finished by hand to the dimensions you give us. Nothing is trimmed down from a standard size.
Precision fixings
Placed where you want themFixings and fasteners go where you specify. Otherwise we place them in the recommended positions for the opening you are covering.
Reinforced hems
40mm as standardEvery edge is finished with a 40mm hem, reinforced with a PVC strip. That gives the eyelets something solid to pull against.
Edging colour
Choose your finishThe reinforcing strip inside the hem comes in a range of colours. Pick the edge out against the frame, or blend it in.
Fully waterproof
Built to protectConstructed to provide complete waterproof protection, rather than limited water or shower resistance. Rain runs off the panel and stays off what is behind it.
Welded joins
No stitch linePanels wider than the fabric roll are joined by heat weld, not stitching. There is no stitch line, so nothing to leak.
UV inhibitor
Built into the fabricA UV inhibitor is built into all three fabrics. It reduces the impact of strong sunlight and prolongs the life of the material.
Cold weather
Down to freezingEvery fabric in the range handles a hard frost. Screens can stay fitted right through the winter.
Harsh conditions
Year-round outdoorsBuilt for permanent and semi-permanent outdoor installation. These panels take wind, rain and season after season of exposure.
Thermally insulating
Extends the seasonScreens hold warmth in the space behind them. A veranda or gazebo stays comfortable later into the year.
